Our house is situated on a quiet hill in Sölden. You can reach the Gaislachkogelbahn in about 10 minutes on foot, the supermarket in about 5 minutes via a suspension bridge – and the ski bus stops right at the door.
Approximately 70 m² of living space, two bedrooms each with its own bathroom, and a sunny terrace: space for up to five people – ideal for families and friends.

Directly from the apartment to the slopes – or onto the trails.
In winter, the ski bus in front of the house takes you to the lifts, and your equipment awaits in the ski room with boot heaters. In summer, there’s a bike storage room and washing station – the Ötztal is at your feet.

How to find us
Drive to the Gaislachkogelbahn / Sporthütte Fiegl, then turn left and subsequently right towards Camping. After the bridge, turn right again towards K2 – after about 300 m, our house will be on the right side.
